1. Terms & Conditions Of Sale: Products sold by HID Kit Pros come with a 14 day return policy, restocking fee of 20% may apply for all returned merchandise. Special order items and clearance sales are final. Return shipping cost is at the buyers expense. All labor fees/costs are final. Delivery and/or trip fees incurred are final/cannot be refunded. 3% charge obtained by PayPal and credit card companies is retained by them. All refunds are completed less 3%. This is not a charge by HKP but by the credit card processing companies. If determined defective, and within manufactures warranty period (as defined below in warranty section), at the discretion of HID Kit Pros and their staff, can then approve an exchange/return/refund. IN NO EVENT SHALL HID KIT PROS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN OUR PRODUCT. HID lighting is intended for off-road use only. Check with your local law enforcement for complete laws and regulations regarding aftermarket lighting for your vehicle.
2. Shipping and Handling: HID Kit Pro’s shipping department ships all in-stock items same day as your purchase from our Bellevue, WA warehouse via USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on size and end destination. All items purchased via our website will be shipped with tracking number and/or delivery confirmation provided within two business days (usually within 24 hours) Tuesday through Saturday. Shipping times given are estimated from the above service providers and are not guaranteed. Shipping times can vary per carrier and time of year. Shipping promotion(s) apply to lower 48 states only. 3. Return Policy: No returns and/or exchanges for used or open box product. Returns for un-opened and un-used product in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase; restocking fee(s) may apply. 3% charge obtained by PayPal and credit card companies is retained by them. The HID Kit Pros website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Certain products, including HID Kits and certain headlights which are approved for the European market but vary from the American market parts are for race use only and do not have DOT (Department of Transportation) approval. Any misuse of said product is done so at the buyers own risk, HID Kit Pros is not responsible for any complaints, fines, or damages done for driving on public roads with non DOT approved parts. NONE of the graphics contained within our site may be altered, recolored, re-sized, etc., unless specifically linked to our product page for use of promotion via pre-approved website, not for other vendors or commercial use. HID Kit Pros reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the HID Kit Pros websites are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by HID Kit Pros without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.
5. International Policy: International shipments may/will be subject to taxes, duties and brokerage fees. These fees are charged by the freight company and /or your countries customs service and are to be paid by the customer. You can select shipping services on checkout within the shopping cart. Be aware, your shipment is still subject to the taxes and duties of your own country. Once an international shipment is out of our hands, we do not have any control over delivery time-frame. Orders can be held at customs in which we do not control the point at which they release the package.
6. Warranty: All warranties begin on the day of purchase or day of delivery, whichever provides the longest warranty to the customer. Warranty does not cover failure(s) due to abuse, misuses, accident(s), or unauthorized alteration or repairs. Product(s) being returned/exchanged must be in their original packaging as they were received. A non refundable fee is charged for return shipping/handling on any/all warranty issues/claims that are deemed to be in proper working condition determined by technicians of HID Kit Pros when shipping within the United States; outside of the United States requires customs and duties in which are to be paid by the recipient of any purchases and/or warranties. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation or handling. Warranty does not cover any malfunction to vehicle or vehicles on board computer system and its components. Shipping is not included in any warranty claims.
In the event of a warranty claim, email HID Kit Pros to obtain and RMA number. Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply from a support team member with detailed instructions on how to ship your item(s) back. Please note that we do not accept any warranty returns without a valid RMA clearly marked on the shipment.
Warranty is valid for item(s) used for their intended purposes and any/all warranties are void if item(s) are used for uses other than those they are intended for. Please refer to the products listing page for specific warranty information, as it varies depending on the brand, configuration, etc. All warranties are non-transferrable and are only applicable to the original purchaser. HID Kit Pros warranties are honored only based on purchases directly from HID Kit Pros and no other vendors, dealers, etc.
7. Wholesale Inquiry: We welcome discount (wholesale pricing) for all businesses from small stereo shops to large corporations depending on quantity and/or purchase total. Coupons & Discounts: HID Kit Pros may produce/create discount coupons and/or coupon codes at their discretion for a specific dollar/percentage amount, discount amount, etc. These coupons have no cash value and may not be sold or redistributed. Coupons are valid as a one time use per household. Specific coupons may have greater details on them, read the fine print for more information on your coupon code. If a coupon grants free shipping, free shipping applies to the lower 48 states only and does not provide a discount on international shipping.
