1. Where do I apply the gift certificate? : You can apply your gift certificate at the end of your purchase at check out.
2. How to Apply: You can apply the gift certificate amount by entering the code at the bottom of your gift certificate into the box “APPLY COUPON” which will take the value of your gift certificate and apply it towards your order.
3. Cost of Certificate:Gift certificates should be free which is why we offer them for free. Just pay the desired dollar amount and that is exactly what you will receive. We do not charge any nonsense fees or require you to pay for the actual gift certificate, we think that is just silly, don’t you?
4. Expiration: Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. Expiration occurs at 11:59 pm PST on the 365th day from original purchase date. Expiration does not reset/change if you use the certificate and have a remaining balance; expiration date will remain the same regardless of use.

Amount Desired: Our gift certificates are offered in various dollar amounts, if you require an exact amount for a specific item, please feel free to email one of our helpful sales team staff members who will be happy to assist you in getting a custom gift certificate amount generated in no time at all.
6. Receiving Gift Certificate: If you have purchased a gift certificate and would like it emailed or delivered as a hard copy, please specific either at check out or by dropping us a note on the contact us page or by emailing us directly. 7. Certificate Value Greater Than Order Total: No problem. Your gift certificate is going to cover more than the order total and can even cover shipping costs. If your order is less than the amount on your gift certificate, once you have processed your order, we will inform you of your new certificate number via email/account for use on your next order.
8. Purchasing and Use of Coupons: Purchasing one of our gift certificates is easy and can be done here. At check-out you will see the value of your gift certificate, shipping is free for your gift certificate but if you are purchasing other items in your cart, there may be shipping charges depending on the items size/value of items in your cart. Coupons may not be used for gift certificates, the dollar amount requested for your gift certificate is the dollar amount applied, no coupon codes may be applied.
