Overview of the Warranty Procedure:
- Trouble-shoot to determine which component is faulty.
- Obtain an RMA Number from HID Kit Pros by emailing us: email@example.com.
- Ship the faulty part to HID Kit Pros with the RMA number on the package.
- Receive replacement component from HID Kit Pros if deemed under warranty.

We are glad to replace faulty item(s) as part of a warranty claim if the item(s) is indeed defective and is covered under warranty specified below. Warranty does not cover any misuse or alteration of the original product. Product(s) being returned must be in the original state in which they were shipped to you. In the case of any discrepancies and disputes, the resolution of warranty claims is at the discretion of HID Kit Pros and its affiliates/employees.
We process warranty claims only for merchandise purchased directly from HID Kit Pros. If you purchased your item(s) from another retailer or individual, please contact that retailer/person for assistance.
For all returns/warranties, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from HID Kit Pros before shipping any item(s) to us. Please do NOT ship anything to HID Kit Pros without first obtaining an RMA number; all shipments without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. To obtain an RMA number and further instructions, please email using the link at the top of this page. To expedite the warranty exchange process for HID kits, before contacting us, please trouble-shoot to determine if the failure is due to a faulty bulb, ballast or harness. Replacement parts will be shipped to the customer after HID Kit Pros receives and tests the faulty item(s). Sorry, but we will not exchange the defective part for a different part (e.g., if you return 5000K bulbs under warranty, we will not exchange them for 6000K bulbs). For details regarding the shipping for a warranty exchange, please see the shipping section below.
For all warranty exchanges, if any returned item(s) proves to be functional, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs related to returning the functional item(s) to the customer; additionally, a return shipping label of actual shipping charges will be charged to cover the cost of that shipping.
All shipping for exchanges will be ground shipping and the carrier will be chosen by HID Kit Pros; all costs associated with upgraded/expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
If return item(s) for refund, return shipping is at the purchasers expense. Original price of item(s) purchased will be refunded less shipping/handling charges. There may be a 20% restocking fee for all item(s) not returned in their original condition with all original packing.
Please note that all shipments sent to HID Kit Pros must be labeled with an RMA number (see above).
