Fan-less – That’s right! No moving fan parts to go bad like many competitors offer. With the high quality heat sinks on the back, you do not have to worry about over heating the LED chips as they remain at a constant running temperature that does not effect the lifespan of the LED chips.
Lumileds – Lumileds started off as their own company before being purchased by Philips who are now the largest manufacturer of LED lighting products. Philips manufactures each LED chip used in the LumaWerx 9G LED headlight kits so you can be sure you’re getting a quality product after 4 years of research and development to create the very best LED kit on the market. No need to worry about LED chips de-soldering, flickering or simply burning out as you will find with off-brand and generic LED headlight kits.
Lasting – Built with the idea of off-road use, these are made to take a beating. Bumps, jumping, you name it, we’ve tested it. With no physical filament to burn out like traditional headlight bulbs, these kits are rated to last over 50,000 hours. The LumaWerx™ 9G LED headlight kits have been tested time and time again and are the longest lasting and highest quality LED kit to date.
DRL – The 9G LED kits were built with quality in mind, they do not fall short of this when being installed in to vehicles with DRL or “daytime running lights”. Daytime running lights are typically a low or high beam bulb running at a lower voltage than in normal operating mode (low beam or high beam). The LumaWerx 9G kits will not flicker at lower voltages like many lower quality kits suffer from.
Installation – Could not be easier! Simple plug-and-play installation, requires zero modification to your factory headlamp assemblies and vehicle wiring. Simply remove your factory bulb and dust cap, install the removable base from the bulb, latch base to factory housing, install dust cap and insert bulb for a tight, weatherproof seal. I waited patiently for my lights to arrive since I knew it would be awhile because of the holidays. Ordered them the 24th of december and they came in the middle of January. They came with a bag of sweet tarts which I thought was the coolest little touch because I love sweet tarts and I remember specifically have a bad day at work that day. Lights took 10 minutes to install including aiming and removing the battery on my 2010 fj. I had to press pretty hard to get both O rings to seat correctly so make sure you feel both grab when you put them in. Lights work great compared to stock and look great too. They come no where close to HIDs, but also cost a fraction of what it takes to retrofit. I've had them in for 15 days now and have no regrets or complaints. No moisture in the housing. I'm a very cost effective person and these are worth the cash especially with the 5 year warranty. Haven't used them in snow yet, but I would invest in some driving lights with a warm color temperature if that's what you're looking for. Great lights pleased with the quality.

Incredible quality - went through a ton of junk from Amazon until I found a video of these from Wanderlost Overland doing an installation. I figured if they're using them, they must be good. Wish I would have ordered these the first time aroudn and saved me the hassle. Been in for 3 years now with zero issues, very clean cutoff and bright white color.
